What is the Bloks shelving system and how does it work?
The principle is incredibly simple: 4 modules for an endless number of ideas. Your Bloks can be flexibly stacked and securely clipped together without any tools. Done! With our online configurator, you can unleash your creativity beforehand and plan your dream shelf.
What formats and spaces can I use the shelf in?
Fully modular! Bloks adapts to your life and can be used as the following shelf types, among others:
- Bookshelf: Perfect as a wall shelf, freestanding shelf, or an entire shelving unit to stylishly display your books, magazines, and photos.
- Wall Shelf: Gives your home a modern touch and highlights special decorative objects.
- Room Divider: Ideal for structuring large rooms or studio apartments without losing space or light, as it is accessible from both sides.
- And much more: There are no limits to your ideas.
Can I put a TV on the Bloks?
Yes, absolutely! Thanks to its robust construction and stable connection provided by our clips, the Bloks system is ideal as a lowboard or TV bench. Just make sure to distribute the weight evenly and place your shelf on a flat surface.
How high can I build my Bloks shelf?
You can stack our Bloks very high. However, for shelf heights exceeding 2.25 meters, we strongly recommend professional installation or wall mounting for safety reasons. If you have any questions about wall mounting, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Are new components for my Bloks shelf coming soon?

Manufacturing and Structure
Where are Bloks made?
Sustainability and short supply chains are important to us: All Bloks are assembled in Dresden. Furthermore, all materials we use come from Europe.
Can we also find or buy you in stores?
No, currently we only sell our shelves directly to you via our online shop. Why? We work very resource-efficiently and only produce our Bloks when we know for sure that they are needed.
Are you a retailer, own a design studio, a café, an office, or an atelier? We would be happy to furnish your business premises – just get in touch!
How can I build up my Bloks?
No tools needed! Your Bloks arrive fully assembled. You don't have to painstakingly screw them together. Simply unpack them, stack them as you wish, and connect them with our clips. You'll find detailed visual instructions here soon.

What payment methods are available?
We offer you all common and secure payment methods: PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), instant bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and purchase on account.
When will I receive my order confirmation?
Immediately after submitting your order, we will send you an automatic order confirmation by email. Please also check your spam folder if you do not find it immediately.
When will I receive my invoice?
We will send you your invoice as a PDF document by e-mail as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery & Shipping
What are the delivery costs?
Starting with the purchase of 3 Bloks, we will ship your order within Germany free of charge. For orders with fewer than 3 Bloks, shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the items and will be displayed transparently in your shopping cart. Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we deliver standard within Germany. We are happy to ship your order throughout Europe as well.
Which shipping service will deliver the goods?
We ship our Bloks shelves with Hermes directly to your door. Accessories and smaller shipments are sent with Deutsche Post DHL.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. As soon as your order has left our office, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email will contain a tracking link that you can use to check the current shipping status online at any time.
Warranty & Returns
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
You can cancel your order within 30 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. After receipt of your cancellation, you have 14 days to return the goods to us. Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the purchase price including standard shipping costs within 14 days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself.

How and for how long can I return an item under normal circumstances?
You can cancel your order within 30 days of receipt. Simply send us a clear declaration of cancellation by email or use our online cancellation form. You then have 14 days to return the goods to us. Please pack the items in their original packaging if possible and adequately protected.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process it as quickly as possible. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation at the latest. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of shipment.
How long is the warranty on the product?
All our products come with a 2-year statutory warranty. Should you discover a material or manufacturing defect within this period, please contact us – together we will find a suitable solution.
What do I do if my order was delivered incomplete or damaged?
We are sorry about that. Please contact us as soon as possible via email and send us your order number as well as meaningful photos of the damaged or incomplete delivery. We will arrange a replacement delivery or a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
